Doug Kass highlights some key points with the current market and sees a bumpy road ahead. The debt-laden consumer, increased gov't intervention and regulation in big business and uncertain business confidence are all factors that could potentially help or HURT the current state of the market. Again inflation will be scrutinized moving forward. As always approach the current market with caution, at this point nothing drastic should happen on the upside, cash is king.
